Caroline Greenwald

Caroline Greenwald is a Managing Partner of P. Schoenfeld Asset Management LLC (PSAM), a global asset manager. With over two decades of leadership experience in global financial markets, Caroline has a distinguished record of driving strategic growth initiatives, establishing institutional partnerships and providing governance oversight. She has deep expertise in risk management, capital allocation and building sustainable stakeholder relationships across diverse markets.

Earlier in her career, Caroline held leadership positions at Reuters Media, where she pioneered mobile content strategy for the global news organization.

Caroline currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at CDR Capital and maintains active roles on multiple charitable boards, including the advisory council of Common Sense Media and The Friends of the Iris Cantor Women’s Health Center.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
