Jamie Grossman
As COO, Jamie oversees firmwide execution, organizational discipline and scalable growth, building and maintaining the systems, structure and momentum that power the firm’s long-term success. He is also responsible for the firm’s non-investment functions, including operations, legal, compliance, finance and HR.
Previously, Jamie was a Managing Director at AlTi Tiedemann Global, a publicly-traded global wealth management boutique with $80+ billion in AUA; there, he served as Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to that, he was Head of Group Operations for the legacy Alvarium subsidiary’s US business. Both roles saw him partner closely with the firm’s Executive Leadership Team to shape firmwide strategy, lead high-impact initiatives and strengthen operational infrastructure across the business.
Jamie has also held senior roles in the alternative investment and asset management landscape, where
he built and optimized infrastructure for multi-asset trading businesses, led middle- and back-office functions and guided firms through growth, integration and regulatory evolution.
His previous experience includes serving as Senior Managing Director of Operations and Administration at SandPointe Asset Management, Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman and Chief Operating Officer at Loeb King Capital Management. Jamie earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
